Had a great one-night stay as a couple while exploring the historical charm of Jakarta. The room was spacious and beautifully modern, really enjoyable after a day walking around attractions like the Jakarta History Museum and the Maritime Museum, both within a short stroll. We also appreciated the extensive breakfast, even if a few items were running low towards the end of service. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant experience.

One downside was the lack of proper soundproofing in our room. we could hear quite a bit of street noise, especially at night.

my stay at this so-called luxury hotel was less than delightful. the mini bar was broken and i was told to wait for service that never came. i also expecte a complimentary upgrade that obviously didn’t happen. breakfast was decent, but certainly not worth the fuss. nearly gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

The staff was friendly and helped me get a cab to explore the surrounding area, even though I preferred to just relax and stay within the hotel. I loved how the design mixed modern aspects while still showing off the historical vibes, making it feel unique while I lounged by the pool.

I had a lovely stay at Mercure Jakarta Batavia. The location is perfect for exploring Jakarta's historical sites, with museums nearby and spacious, clean rooms featuring comfortable king-size beds. The breakfast buffet was impressive, offering a variety of delicious options.
